will luffy die at the end of the manga. willhe accomplish his dreams. will he follow the path of gol d rodger. will he become pirateking the death of monkey d. luffy? there are a lot of theories out there sayingthat luffy is going to die in the end after becoming pirate king. in some of them he diesthe same way gol d. roger did, by being executed in his hometown. i personally would like thatkind of ending, so i tried to find some evidence that this is going to happen.the biggest evidence of this might be the injection of ivanko's hormones into luffy,which you can see here: second time ivankov gave luffy that kind ofinjection. if you don't know what these injections
are, then here's an explanation:"these injection allows ivankov to boost a person's chances of survival from conditionsthat would otherwise mean certain death. however, it is only a slight increase, so only thosewith a strong enough will can recover. also, the process apparently shortens a person'spotential lifespan." since it's the second time luffy gets thisinjection, his lifespan have probably decreased dramatically. the reason why i'm mentioningthis is because gol d. roger had something similar (still unknown what). hin chapter 506 yes, gol d. roger had an unknown illness,which is why he surrendered to the government in the end, as you can see rayleigh explainingit on the manga page i just said you.
for those who doubt that these injectionsare enough to decrease luffy's life that dramatically, then here's another thing i want to say. luffy'sgears. both his gears, or at least gear second, has been giving hints of decreasing the lifespanof the user.... and we all know that luffy uses them every so often. my second, and last, "evidence" of this isthe similarities between luffy and roger, which is kind of a smaller one. over the series,oda has made it a point to draw the similarities between roger and luffy:-they both smiled on the execution platform in lougetown-they both smiled on the execution platform in lougetownso my point is, if gol d. roger turned himself
