she is the woman in the middle of this whole chris brown drama going on. if you missed this at the beginning of the show. chris brown accused of pulling a gun on a woman, a beauty pageant contestant named baylee curran. she is miss california regional
2016 and she was at chris' house, inside, when -- harvey: she's the one who filed the police report, called 9-1-1 and she joins us right now to walk us through what happened. welcome to "tmz live." baylee: hi, guys. harvey: tell us the
circumstances under which you ended up at chris' house early this morning? baylee: originally i was going as a go-see to meet him to be in future videos and productions and work-related stuff like that. harvey: a lot of people might
say it was pretty late at night or early in had the morning for was it a party kind of setting? what were you expecting? baylee: i wasn't expecting a party at all. and it was certainly not a party setting. there was probably about seven
people, at the most, there. some other girls and then a couple of friends of chris'. so i wouldn't say it's a party. it was a monday night. harvey: what happened when you were inside? baylee: well, everything was great, at first, when i was
inside, we were all just hanging out. i was hanging out for at least a couple of good hours. everything was fine. talking to chris, talking to ray j. everything was great. i went outside.
i sat in the hot tub for a little bit, put my feet in. one of my friends was swimming in the pool. then we decided to go back in and then that's when i saw this male who was selling these diamond watches and the diamond necklaces and that's when i saw
the diamond cross necklace and of course, i'm going to admire it. i did not pick it up. i did not try to take it, anything to that sort. i don't know if it was his friend who kind of triggered chris.
but he said, don't go near the diamonds, started calling me names, saying get the [beep] outside, go back outside. that's just when chris said, what did i tell you, girls, i have been telling you over and over again and he pulled out the gun and was like get the [beep]
out of here and threatened me with it and that's when i just left. harvey: when you say, he said that's what i have been telling you girls, what was he referring to? he said something before? baylee: there were girls
previous to the event, about an hour before that, about four others that he kicked out. so it's like he's getting continuously sick of these girls. i'm not too sure. charles: do you know why he kicked out the four other girls?
baylee: honestly, i have no idea. i don't know why he did anything that night. charles: did he use the gun when that happened? baylee: no, no, not that i saw. harvey: he pulls out a gun. was he pointing it at you?
baylee: he was, yes. harvey: he told you to get out. you then did what? baylee: i got out. harvey: my understanding is, before you got out, you realized you had left your phone and they made a request of you? baylee: yes.
so two of his friends kind of walked me out. i went past the front gate there. i waited there. his one friend went back for my shoes and my cell phone. and that's when he came out with my shoes and my cell phone and
he was hesitant to give me both of my items, especially my phone. and asked me to sign this n.d.a., or this type of waiver. harvey: a nondisclosure agreement. after you say he pointed a gun at you, he wanted you to sign a
nondisclosure agreement? harvey: what did you do? baylee: i said i'm not signing anything. i took my phone from him and made a run for it. charles: what happened? did you get away? did you make a clean getaway or
did anybody attempt to chase after you? especially because you didn't sign the n.d.a., which i imagine they were not happy about. baylee: right, right. the two friends did follow me down the street. so i went down his driveway and
then i went to the left. they continued to follow me until i started actually running, pretty quickly. and then that's when the neighbors saw me. and they went forth with calling 9-1-1. and then i began to call 9-1-1
and then that's when i saw a black jeep come out of chris' driveway towards where i went. and so i saw the nearest vehicle to me and i literally went underneath the vehicle and hid, like beneath the tires. and so the jeep kind of went into that vehicle that i was at
and then turned right back around and went back up into the driveway. charles: they didn't see you at that point? baylee: i don't believe they saw me but they were certainly looking for me. harvey: was there a lot of
drinking? and were there drugs there? baylee: i, honestly, i just want to give the information about what happened to me. i really don't want to disclose anything further. i don't want anymore trouble with chris.
with anybody else. i honestly did not ask for this. i mean, obviously, what would you do if you were in this situation, if somebody put a gun in your face? harvey: do you -- baylee, do you want him prosecuted? baylee: you know what, i still
don't know. i am being attacked by everybody. i just feel like it's very unfair because, like i said, what would you do if somebody put a gun in your face or what if this was your daughter? what if that happened to your
daughter or someone very -- charles: when you say you're being attacked by everybody, are you referring to social media? social media. i know chris has a lot of fans. like i said, i did not ask for this. i did not mean for this to
happen. i mean, i've met chris several times before. i hung out with him several and he's actually a very nice guy and fun. so i really don't know what happened. and it's very unfortunate.
harvey: so, couple of final things. you mentioned earlier that you actually partied with chris and justin bieber? baylee: i wouldn't say party. i hung out with them. if you call playing hide-and-go-seek partying, so be
charles: as an adult. baylee: no, not like that. charles: but i mean -- if adults are playing hide-and-go-seek, usually there's a party. i didn't mean anything. baylee: it wasn't a party. the same as last night, just a few people.
harvey: was royalty there that night? do you know anything about that? baylee: who? harvey: his daughter? baylee: oh, no, not that i saw. harvey: baylee, thank you so much for the time. really appreciate it.
baylee: thank you. harvey: thanks again.
